API keys and signer private keys are PBKDF2-derived Fernet-encrypted at rest. Decrypted per-request, never logged, never serialized to disk outside of ciphertext.

Per-IP 10-req/60s rate limit on all authentication endpoints. Blocked users cannot session, even with a valid token. HttpOnly cookies protect pages server-side.
