Common questions

How does billing work? +
You're charged upfront for the whole period. Monthly plans renew every 30 days; quarterly, six-month and annual plans renew at the end of the chosen term. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
What's the difference between the two packages? +
Screener + Portfolio is the default and gives you both products. If you only need the Screener (no wallet tracking), pick Screener only — same four billing periods, $10/mo cheaper.
Why lock in for longer? +
Pure value. Quarterly saves 10%, six months 18%, annual 25%. No feature differences — every plan is the full product. The longer commit only buys you a lower effective monthly rate.
How do you keep my API keys safe? +
Every credential you paste is encrypted with Fernet (AES-128-CBC + HMAC-SHA256). The Fernet key is derived via PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 with 260 000 iterations. API responses always mask keys to abcd****wxyz. Read-only keys are recommended everywhere.
Do you route trades or move funds? +
No. Ever. We only read data — balances, positions, funding rates, orderbooks. Never trade, never withdraw.
Can I switch or cancel later? +
Yes. Cancel any time; your access runs until the period ends. Upgrade to a longer term mid-cycle and we prorate the remaining time onto the new plan.
